I'm not sure I understand the question, but here goes the dietitian's explanation of breastmilk and soy formula composition:
Breastmilk (I know these numbers change, I'm just looking at one reference here):
6.6g of carbohydrate (sugar=lactose) per 100 ml. ~40% of calories from carb (5gX4kcal/g=20 kcal out of ~66 total kcal)
4.2g of fat per 100ml = 56% of calories from fat (4.2gX9kcal/g = 37.8kcal out of 66)
0.9g of protein per 100ml = (0.9xXkcal/g about 5% of calories from protein)
Soy formula X
Carbs - 7 per 100ml = 41% calories (corn syrup solids and sucrose (table sugar))
Fat - 3.7g per 100ml = 49% calories
Protein - 1.7g per 100ml = 10% calories
Hope that helped,
