In my regular breastfeeding class, I always talk about those who can 
sometimes undermine breastfeeding.

I give out a pamphlet by ICEA called TO THE GRANDMOTHER OF THE 
BREASTFED BABY and also TO THE FATHER OF THE BREASTFED BABY. I talk 
specifically about what can happen when one encounters unsupportive family 
and friends.
