You might do a google search of best start social marketing, they studied focus groups and barriers to bf. some of the barriers if i remember correctly were modesty, nursing in public, being tied down. I've also read about teens liking the fact that only they can provide breastmilk to the baby, instead of the grandmother taking over as the mother.
I work with quite a few teens. In my experience (I guess this is a generalization but it seems true to me), the majority of them are intelligent, above average students. This seems counter-intuitive to me. Therefore, I recommend that you treat them as smart young ladies. I would suggest keep the talk open-ended, get their feelings and fears out. I do not try to make them into "ecological breastfeeders" because many of them will just not breastfeed in public, or may be unable to pump at school. Encourage them to breastfeed exclusively in the early weeks, though. Let them know about community resources.
