Spent the weekend not reading e-mail due to being at work, where things were
above average busy and nuts.  Must share a recent high point, though: a
multip who I overheard telling several other mothers on the ward that if it
wasn't for the suppport she got in the early weeks with her first child, 'he
would never have had a drop of breastmilk' and she is very grateful that she
did finally manage to breastfeed him normally.  It got going better from the
start this time around.  What made this especially nice is the fact that she
is one of our house obstetricians :-)
