All staff at my hospital is going through Standards of Conduct training given by our Compliance Officer - a lawyer by profession. Apparently things like pens, coffee mugs, and lunches are a normal part of doing business and don't influence any decisions. He wasn't clear on what the line in the sand is that changes to actual influence.
My booklet is at work. Will bring it home and provide a quote.
We take a test on this in March, after all staff have had their mandatory 30 minute training session.
Phyllis
