Sounds like this might be a galactocoele - a stretchy pouch in a duct
wall that fills and empties as the breast does. I don't think there
is a lot you can do for these except try to keep them as empty as
possible, as they can cause blockages and mastitis. In extreme cases,
I believe surgeons can remove just that duct.
