This does sound like an extreme case of oversupply/OAMER. I wonder
if she might be hyperthyroid. If she has any other signs/symptoms of
her thyroid being "off" then this might be worth checking out.
Barbara Wilson-Clay does a presentation on oversupply where she talks
about using Sudafed or estrogen-containing BCP for extreme cases that
are not resolved with the usual tactics (already suggested here --
block nursing, scissor hold, sage, other antigalactogogues). She
cautions to not try to downregulate supply too soon as this may lead
to insufficient milk later on.
