I wonder about the cardamom. While it is tri-doshic, my understanding
is that it is most appropriate for pittas, not always the best for
vatas. It is more commonly used for colic (as are other herbs with
volatile oils such as fennel), but I have no experience with it as a
galactogogue. Even so, herbs that heal the gut are typically the best
galactogogues. I also have concerns with the marketing approach and the
way breastfeeding is addressed on the website.
