....but that is true!

Breastfed babies certainly do have a higher incidence of jaundice.

There is  a school of thought that a certain amount of neonatal 
jaundice is physiological, but I am not sure if there are any studies 
showing that bf babies fed responsively and often are at equally 
higher risk.
