Terri--Have you talked with Mom about why she believes her baby wasn't
getting enough? Addressing the physical issue of increasing her milk supply
will be for naught if she doesn't feel confident that her body can make
enough milk for her baby.

I am confounded that this woman would take a perfectly good breastfeeding
relationship and totally destroy it with bottles! She's a stay at home mom
