Thank you for sharing your story with us.   I could relate to the feelings I 
picked up from your post- wanting to do the most for this baby, while 
needing to be a mother to the other two...  The disbelief that you as an 
IBCLC were having problems...Want to start a support group for IBCLC's with 
nursing problems with me:)  Isn't it funny how people think it can never 
happen, as if you were a cardiologist this would insure you would never have 
heart problems!  This past baby  for me, #6, it took about 7 days for my 
milk to come in, for no reason.  I also had to supplement at one point, and 
it took her 3 weeks to exclusively nurse without me needing to pump.  I had 
a different child that it took 5 1/2 months for her to get to a point where 
I did not need to pump.  Although we would never ask for these situations 
*just* to make us better LC's, the experience has certainly changed us and 
the way we relate to mothers.
