In some countries, manufacturers are not permitted to make claims 
that are not true; in the UK they can be prosecuted under the Trades 
Descriptions Act, and I imagine there is something similar elsewhere, 
including the US. It seems obvious to me that no 'honeycomb liner' 
that 'pulsates' could actively cause the production of prolactin, for 
a start.  If they're lying about this, then they're breaking the law, 
yes?
