Research is not showing they grow back, but there are stories that they
might heal together again and form scar tissue.
We have seen one case in all the hundreds or thousands that Dr. Coryllos
has done. That does not mean there are not more, but it does show it is
possible, and probably uncommon. I suspect that if the baby keeps bf
often, the tissues will be seperated and have less chance of healing
together.
