Has anyone had any experience in dealing with resistant public school
authorities who plan to deny a teen mom the opportunity to pump once she
returns to school? They have said that it constitutes "special treatment" and
may glorify teen motherhood....GRRR:(
Only employment is specifically addressed in our state law regarding
breastfeeding. Does anyone have any ammunition we can use to help this
exclusively breastfeeding mom? It will go up for discussion with the principals
throughout the system very soon. Thanks!
