Sounds like the baby is interested.... when this family gets home I can't
imagine the mum will suddenly be interested in feeding, and even if she is,
will she have help to really get things going?
I wonder about how the mum really feels -not about breastfeeding but about
the birth. Something is wrong here. "scared to death to touch the baby'" you
say .... "wants nothing to do with it..."
Can this mum have a PND assessment/PTS assessment- something rings alarm
bells - sound like more than simply recovering from birth, esp if elective
C/S, not after a long painful labour.
