This is purely anecdotal  as far as I know - but in my 25+ years in OB, it has 
always seemed to me that women who experience a lot of leaking in the 
weeks before delivery seem to invariably be getting ready to deliver. I'm 
always concerned when a woman who is experiencing preterm labor also 
complains of leaking. 

The OBs advice to pump and store???? I agree!! That is asking for trouble. Deb
