What is your experience with mothers' milk supply whose HCPs prescribe both
Zoloft and Climara for postpartum depression?  I couldn't find anything on
Hale's web site.  Am I missing something (on the web site)?  I searched the
LactNet archives and was surprised to not find anything there either.

I'm working with a mother whose supply is dwindling.  It's hard not to blame
the Climara.  However the baby has a s/w tight frenulum, with seemingly good
tongue movement.  I've referred her back to her HCP to re-evaluate the
frenulum and am trying to tease out the potential impact of the hormonal
patch in the mean time.  TIA.
