I googled newborn torticollis.  The 3rd ref from a Texas ped group had a 
good explanation and pictures of the neck exercises.

At this point (holiday weekend) I'd feed the baby, protect the milk supply 
and call Dr Tues. for instructions and demonstration on how to do the 
exercises.
