Wonderful concept.  I wanted to open one here.  Still waiting for
funding.  If you wanted, you could have a happening for breastfeeding
moms in a local coffee shop.  Make sure they serve herbal teas, healthy
foods, etc.  
You can actually order a kit which tells you how to start one of these.
