Dr. Linda Folden Palmer's book Baby Matters has a very nice chart in it
of foods that are more and less allergic. It is comprehensive and
gives moms a great idea of all the things they *can* eat.

After only two weeks I sure would NOT consider eating anything on the
top two lists and would encourage mom to find what she can eat on the
less-lilkely-to-be-a-problem lists.

If she has eliminated and found it difficult (and of course it is
difficult) why make it all for naught by giving up too soon?

berries for the first year of nursing
