I am interested to hear and learn about practice in relation to growth
charts and the plotting of growth in infants born less than 40 weeks
gestation. CDC and WHO growth charts/standards do not seem to allow for
corrected age. I would be grateful if you could refer me to supporting
references. The health service I work for has recently changed from the
NCHS to CDC 2000 charts and this question has arisen as a result. There
is still no consensus on the use of the WHO growth standards in all
States of Australia
