I am blown away that babies would be circumcised at such a young age!  I
have to confess knowing very little about it as it is not common here in
New Zealand and it is certainly not done in the maternity hospital as
staff and time would not permit.  If parents choose to get it done they
need to make their own arrangements once discharged from hospital.

I can't begin to imagine how this would interfere with breastfeeding
and a child's extra-uterine adaption to the world.
