Someone mentioned Jeannette Crenshaw as "probably" the person she heard it
from - but if you got the CERPS from Lamaze, it might have been the
presentation I did in Denver about "Breastfeeding is Just a Part of Life."
(It was even a CEU by mail winner!)
I do a six week Lamaze series. Every week I sneak in something...And I think
things like, "And there you are, with your baby in your arms, and suddenly
that little mouth starts to move and you know just what that baby wants!"
And when you watch the movie, you stop it and say, "Did you see that? He was
rooting, wasn't he!"
and when you do anatomy and physiology, you talk about "the milk making
factory" just as Cathy Genna Watson says.
I got the idea from a Childbirth Educator article written by Marsha Walker,
and worked for many series to get it right before I presented it.
It's wonderful how we can learn from each other and take off from there!
