Reglan and Domperidone are both peripheral dopamine antagonists that boost
prolactin levels. They are very closely related but Domperidone carries less risk
of causing CNS problems, including depression, since it doesn't cross into the
brain compartment,and is therefore the drug of choice for many practitioners.
Since they will essentially do the same thing why would you want to give
them both? It seems similar to giving aspirin and ibuprofen at the same time.
