I had two children and breastfed both of them before I knew that I had sjogrens. I was diagnosised at 34. I had the first symptoms at 28 but no one knew what it meant. 
I had my first at 25 breast fed her through the pregnancy of my second. I had my second at 29. I then went on to breast feed him for 3.5 years.
They are now 27 and 30 and seem OK.
