Well, other than what they are "named" - I'm not sure if there is that much
difference in what they *look like*
Take a look at these pictures from the recent Nurse-In in NYC's Times square
in front of the Toys-R-Us.

Anyhow, the Breastfeeding Challenge is open to the United States - its not
limited to Canada. But so far in the US, there's been alot more interest in
the Nurse-Ins, than the Breastfeeding Challenge. But perhaps that's because
I think we are more protected, and it would be quite rare (and rude) to
challenge a mom for breastfeeding in public. The last time I was involved
(as an advocate) in one case, it went all the way to Toronto City Hall, who
came out in support of the mom.
BTW, the province of Quebec has put considerable $ and manpower towards BFI
in the past several years, this could explain the great turnout in Montreal.
