The Massachusetts Breastfeeding Coalition has a great handout on  
skin-to-skin care. It can be freely downloaded from our website at _www.massbfc.org_ 
(http://www.massbfc.org) . We have many childbirth  educators who pass this out in 
their prenatal classes to help prepare mothers  well ahead of time. Some 
hospitals have started to hang the poster size version  of this in all of their 
birthing and postpartum rooms. The poster can be ordered  from 
_www.cafepress.com/massbfc_ (http://www.cafepress.com/massbfc) .  It is available in English, 
Spanish, and Italian.
