I have a mom who has a baby around a year of age who has been taking 10mg
Reglan QD-BID for 4-5 months now. SHe was on hormonal birth control for a
couple of months, and had a serious decrease in supply, with no gain at all
in baby. When she dips below 1-2 doses/day she does not have enough milk.
Since she has had no symptoms, I keep refilling it, although have informed
her to let me know asap of she has any trouble, and to stop it.
I have had a few moms in situations like that who get down to 1-2 doses/day
and I feel a little better about leaving them on it for longer.
