I have to agree with Lynette that we need to work as a team with
respect for all the team members-mother, babies, physician, hospital nurses,
lactation consultants, familly members etc. When we work together, mothers
and babies get the best care. This may mean that we have to hear what other
health professionals have to say. When we disagree, it needs to be a
