I cannot imagine how it could be transmitted as it is a maternal
condition of the liver which is "treated" by delivery of the baby.
I have looked after several women with this condition and the
breastfeeding was never an issue.

Does anyone have any information about whether or not PUPP (pruritic
urticarial papules or plagues of pregnancy) can be transmitted to the
baby
by breastfeeding or skin to skin contact in the weeks after delivery?
Lactnet achieves did not provide me with the answers I need. Thanks
