<Complaining about how the IBLCE  works (or doesn't) is all well and good,
but
please, please offer your services  to the board so that you can help them
get it right.

This is not directed just at  Judy or at any other one person -- it is
directed at all of you amazing women  out there who have wonderful ideas and
suggestions but do not go any farther  than putting them on Lactnet.

And yes, I've served both on  the board and the exam committee and it was an
incredibly wonderful  experience.>

Hats off to you Jan. And now I must remember to get down to business and
answer the invitation I just received to fill out the ILCA questionairre
soliciting my my opinions on the IBLCE proposal for adding another
certification process for a lesser credential to the field.
I hope all ILCA members take this opportunity for input.
