At ILCA, I learned of using a special thin pliable clear sticky plastic film to keep the feeding tube / SNS tube in place on the breast. It is what they use in hospitals to control lines and tubes on the babies - holds more securely than bandage tape - even the kind for 'sensitive skin' - and doesn't seem to injure the skin. They cut it in half to have one for each breast.
So who can supply the name of this, please? and I'm sure it can be ordered from the pharmacy with the order for #5 French.
