"Sometimes the change in contour of the breast when the milk supply
increases makes it difficult for a baby who could initially latch.
Reverse Pressure Softening, shaping the breast to help the baby get a bigger
mouthful, and sliding the baby a tiny bit toward the other breast (putting
the chin farther back along the areola so that it's easier for the tongue
tip to contact the breast) may all help.
