I have personal experience with Reglan--I took it for approximately one year due to milk supply issues (I have PCOS & had to use Glucophage to become pregnant). I have no history of depression, but it made me very depressed, and, as someone else previously mentioned, I did not realize how depressed I was until I quit taking it. I am very cautious in recommending it to women for this reason. It was very helpful with increasing my milk supply (each time I tried to stop it my supply dropped noticeably), but I will never use it again--I will try fenugreek or domperidone if necessary.
