All during the UK radio reports on the alleged terrorist threat and 
disruption to various UK airports, particluarly Heathrow, has been the news 
that no liquids are allowed in carry-on luggage and that any baby milk will 
need to be tasted by those accompanying baby.  For example:

Another disadvantage to using artificial baby milk!  Still, I had my shoes 
taken and intensively searched before boarding one transatlantic flight a 
few years ago and it didn't make me stop wearing shoes, so maybe it won't 
work this way.
