Chicago's Rush Presbyterian Hospital has a Mother's Milk Club and do extensive support and research on premie/pumping. Dr. Paula Meier is the lead person there.
 
Also I use Ameda and/or Medela info sheets about pumping for premies (I know they are from pump companies, but I like them). also Barbara-Wilson Clay and Kay Hoover have an excellent and low-literacy level handout for pumping moms with great photos of the process and a log. I believe you can access that through Hale Publishing www.ibreastfeeding.com
