I was so tired of hearing how breastfeeding and rooming-in makes moms
tired that at one staff meeting I opened my mouth to say that maybe it
was not the babies, but the endless parade of guests which tired out
the moms.
I mentioned that in the US and Canada, there are specific visiting
hours.
After that, we instituted very stringent visiting hours, and the results
were felt by all.
10:30-12:00; 16:00-17:15; 19:00-20:30
There are security guards to keep out all but the closest family
members.
What a difference!!
