Lately I have had several moms with early/IUGR babies purchase evenflo elan
pumps in stores. In an effort to learn more about the product, I checked
the website and called. The customer support people report that the suction
strength is 6 mmHg if double and 10.5 if used single. How could this be
possible, when other pumps are 1-200 or 250mmHg? This doesn't make sense to
me. They also state that the pump is suitable for use when the baby is not
able to breastfeed at all, such as for a preemie baby. Can this be possible?
Thank you, Judy
