Thank you for the suggestions and encouragement, both on and off Lactnet. 
Today, baby is still feeding really well at the breast and the good news is 
that I will probably be following up with this mother and baby.  I don't 
usually do this beyond 2 weeks with babies born in the hospital where I 
work.
