We are using the Soothie pacifier (natural, not vanilla) made by Children's Medical Ventures/ I think there are some others also.

I sometimes use a pacifier to do suck games, if the parents are already
using one. It's getting almost impossible to find a cylindrical pacifier
nipple to do this with.
