If the icepacks are not allowed, could the mother get ice from the flight staff to adequately chill the breastmilk? She could have ive in the container holding the breastmilk until boarding, then pitch it.

  I think that, given the national security issues here, we are unlikely to affect change in this particular policy for now...this may be a way to help mothers keep thier milk cool without having to go to war :)
