Here are the ingredients in the Nursing Mothers herbal formula. They are all
common herbs and some are known to be galactagogues (to increase milk supply
in nursing women):

Noni (leaves)

Cardamom (seed)

Marshmallow herb (root)

Fennel (seed)

Fenugreek (seed)

   

We have not done any studies per se other than laboratory analysis, but
women have been using this product for the past two years with excellent
results and no complaints.
