good evening,
I have a long family hx of tongue and labial ties, some of us like my
brother were clipped. Some of us, well just me, fell off the bed at
2y/o and clipped my labial myself(and chipped my tooth.).
When my 3rd son was born and didnt latch well at first i thought it was
just his fast sunny side up labor and birth(you can ask Rachael at 6
weeks he still had a funny shaped head, it took quite a few weeks to
round up.).Well after a few more attempts i got curious and looked and
sure enough there was the thinnest down to the tip frenulum i had ever
seen, as i slid my pinkie finger under his tongue to feel it, it popped
free. He still had a high palate to deal with but the tongue was fine.
