Karleen: I have administered many Denver tests in my career and never have
I used a bottle. I still have my little testing "kit" and it does not
include a bottle. What area of development is the act of bottlefeeding
supposed to be testing, I wonder? The test does follow a specific
format/paperwork, but to the best of my knowledge, does not include
bottlefeeding as a mandatory part of the testing process. I find Ages &
Stages to be a much more effective tool, as the parents administer the test
and answer growth and development-related questions rather than sitting
passively by while someone else tests the child. After all, who best knows
the child than the parent?
