I run seminars for moms going back to work. Here in Israel the
maternity leave is 12 weeks. They come about a month before they are
supposed to go back to work. They bring their pumps, babies, bottles,
and some even bring their babysitters. We learn about pumping and
storing breast milk, paced bottle feeding, and various tricks about how
to handle pumping in the workplace. This has caused interest in many
other co-workers, and when they come to have their babies, they tell me
that they learned about breastfeeding from their co-worker who was
pumping.
