I was thinking the same thing (with many fewer years experience!)
One thing to keep in mind with carefully planned meetings when you think
you're going to cover any particular topic is that being flexible and ready
to think on your feet is very important because inevitably the moms who come
will have different needs than what you were planning to meet! I've found
myself ready to talk about the first few weeks with a room of moms of
toddlers who all need to talk about something entirely different just then.
It sounds like the OP does not have a group that comes expecting to be
taught or guided as much as some other groups do. What sort of a meeting the
moms who come have in mind makes a difference in how things flow.
