Dear Friends:
I did a full-day workshop last week to an audience that was resistant to
evidence and unhappy. I thought about them all week and remembered Esther's
great teaching strategy; I was ready to do it this morning.
Each participant was given 2 red foam "tomatoes" when they arrived. Once
their purpose was explained, people started laughing and the whole day went
easily.
And nobody threw even one! And not all of them were returned to me. I
think I may have discovered a momento to give to people.
warmly,
