You have some great thoughts, Janice! Your message gave me lots to think about although I don't agree with one point:

The formula have well-trained a whole staff of salespeople that are constantly face-to-face with new mothers with their logo-ed name badges, note pads and free gifts and they don't even have to pay them directly! They are called doctors and nurses.
