Dear Lactnetters:
The breast-like bottle mentioned in previous posts is called the
Breastbottle Nurser.
I have actually ordered them and over the past few years have found they
work
fairly well for those women who rarely leave baby and want to leave
something
'like mom'. However, they do not work well for babies who have trouble at
breast.
(funniest thing?) and they are a bit problematic to leave for a day care or
father in law
to use -- since they look like you are holding a breast in your hand to feed
baby! :)
Check out the website - I have not ordered them for several years...perhaps
they
have improved. They do leak if you leave them sitting (nipple up) as they
have an
air to allow vacuum escape...but are OK if you place them in the holder just
as
recommended. http://www.adiri.com/main/bottle.php
