I am particularly well read in this area since I have been fighting my own
candida overgrowth since I was a baby. In every publication I have ever
read regarding storing breastmilk during a candida infection, they advise
against freezing the milk. Freezing and/or boiling does not destroy the
candida, which can lead to a reinfection once that milk is consumed.

Candida is a very different kind of yeast than the strains used in beer,
rolls, wine, etc. Candida lives naturally and in harmony in our intestines,
unlike the external sources of yeasts/fungi we consume. In fact, many
publications also advise against consuming ANY yeast or molds whatsoever
during a candida overgrowth -- including those sources already listed as
well as fruit, vinegar, cheeses, any fermented foods, even mushrooms --
since the body can become hyper-sensitive to other yeasts and exacerbate the
symptoms. Serious stuff.
